Jobworn is run by BYBOWU (bybowu.com). This page explains what we collect when you use jobworn.bybowu.com, why, and who else handles it. We collect only what we need to make and ship your order.

What we collect

• Your order: name, email, US shipping address, what you bought and the text you typed into the name slots. Stripe collects your payment card; we never see or store the card number.
• Your cart: a session cookie keeps your cart while you shop. There are no customer accounts.
• Store statistics we keep ourselves: simple events like "viewed a product" or "added to cart", tied to a scrambled session code, not to your name, email or IP address. We use them to see which designs work.
• Contact form and reviews: what you write, your name and email. Reviews are public: they show the name you choose, your rating, your text and any photo, never your email.
• Only if you allow it: Google Analytics (visits and pages) and the Meta pixel (to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads). Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel don't load at all until you choose to allow them in the cookie notice, and the Meta pixel only with "Allow stats and ads". You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Who handles your data for us

• Stripe: payments, fraud checks and refunds.
• Printful: printing and shipping. They receive your name, shipping address, the items and your text.
• Postmark: sending order, shipping and review-request emails.
• DigitalOcean and Cloudflare: hosting and network security for the store.
• Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) and Meta (pixel): only with your consent, as above.

We don't sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Emails

We send only emails about your order: confirmation, shipping, any problem, and one request for a product review 14 days after delivery. We don't send newsletters.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty claims. Carts expire after a few weeks. Our own statistics hold no names or emails.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form or by writing to [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some order details where the law requires it.

Children

The store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
