These terms apply when you buy from Jobworn (jobworn.bybowu.com), a store run by BYBOWU. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. The total on the Stripe checkout page is the amount you're charged.
• We ship to US addresses only.
• An order is accepted when payment succeeds. We can cancel and fully refund an order we can't make, for example if a product goes out of stock or the text breaks the rules below.

Your text

• You're responsible for the text you type. Only use names you have the right to use, such as your own business name.
• We don't print other companies' brands or trademarks, union names or logos, sports teams, profanity, or anything hateful or harassing. We review orders with custom text and will cancel and refund any that break these rules.
• The preview shows how your text will print. You confirm it before adding it to your cart, and personalized items are final sale unless misprinted, damaged or defective.

Designs

The designs belong to BYBOWU. Buying a shirt doesn't give you rights to copy or resell the design.

Returns and problems

See shipping and returns. Misprinted, damaged or defective items reported within 30 days with a photo are reprinted or refunded.

Reviews

Reviews can only be written by buyers whose order was delivered. We publish every review whatever the rating, after removing personal details or profanity.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
